We oversee the recruitment of workers from third countries, coordinate their arrival and operations in Slovakia.
SH-TECHNOLOGIE, s.r.o. has been operating in the market since 2007. Our company provides various services and activities including recruitment of employees primarily from third countries, organizational consultations for employing citizens of third countries, ensuring coordination of employees outside working hours, organizing schools and courses, as well as monitoring compliance with sick leave.
Since 2015, the company has also been providing consulting services in various areas, such as labor law, personnel leasing, employment of foreigners from third countries, establishing social insurance, opening bank accounts, establishing health insurance, ensuring accommodation, and support in obtaining healthcare.
We handle legal setup, social and health obligations, and support outside working hours.

Mediator and arbitrator since 2003, behind labor law and personnel leasing projects.
Since 2003, she has been a mediator and arbitrator in the field of collective disputes registered at the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.
With more than 20 years of experience, she specializes in labor law, personnel leasing, posting of workers, and GDPR issues in employment relationships.
She provides legal consulting to multinational companies, personnel agencies, banks, and trade unions.
She publishes professional articles, publications, and textbooks in the field of individual and collective labor law and works as an associate professor at the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University.
She is a board member of the prestigious Labor Law Association.
